Have you ever filleted a fish that is 23mm long? I have. 30 times. And another 50-60 await me before this batch is done. This batch. There will be more. It takes a lot of 23 mm fish to get duplicate 0.1 gram samples.

You know, the idea of eating them really grosses me out. Bleah. Anchovies may be off my diet list for a long time. Ick.
That is SO eensy weensy. Having to fillet that many wee fish would invade my dreams, for sure.
